★ Boil the feet in hot water with salt.
★ Massage with clove oil relaxes the feet.
★ The curcumin component in turmeric is very beneficial. So if your feet are hurting, you can apply turmeric paste on it or you can take turmeric milk daily.
★ Massage feet with olive oil, coconut oil.
★ Do leg exercises. Also after a long day of running Do leg stretching.
