Former Chief Minister Jyoti Basu’s dream to be fulfilled, tourist center opened at his ancestral home
Former Chief Minister of West Bengal Jyoti Basu wanted her to have a library in her ancestral home, along with a tourist centre. His wish has been fulfilled, the tourism center in his ancestral home in Bangladesh has become a good start. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, daughter of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, inaugurated the tourism center at the ancestral home of Jyoti Basu. Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina was also enthusiastic about the opening of the library at her ancestral home six years ago. The tourism center was inaugurated at his ancestral home in Baradi, Narayanganj, Bangladesh from Sunday. After becoming the Chief Minister of West Bengal, he visited his ancestral home three times. He used to go to his ancestral home with his father whenever he got a holiday in his studies. His sincere desire was to open a tourist center and library in his ancestral home
