Number of earthquake victims rises to 7,800
The death toll from the devastating earthquake in Turkey-Syria is increasing day by day. As many as 7,800 people have been reported dead due to the quake so far. Millions of civilians are injured. More than 6,000 buildings have been damaged. Meanwhile, a state of emergency has been declared in 10 provinces of Turkey and relief work is underway on a war footing.
