Seven students killed in accident in Chhattisgarh

Seven students were killed when a truck rammed into an autorickshaw in Kanker district on Thursday. A student and an autorickshaw driver were seriously injured in the ghastly accident. The accident took place around 3.10pm on Korar Bhanupratappur Road when eight students of a private school were on their way home in an auto. Five of the students died on the spot. Two students were declared brought dead at a nearby hospital. Chief minister Bhupesh Baghel condoled the death of the students. He tweeted that the administration has been directed to provide all possible help to the injured. Police said the driver fled after abandoning the truck
