101.7 kg gold seized, 10 smugglers arrested
DRI has taken major action in Bihar along with Maharashtra. 10 smugglers have been arrested and 101.7 kg of gold worth Rs 51 crore has been seized by exposing the Sudanese syndicate that sends gold abroad. Seven of the arrested smugglers are Sudanese and three are Indians. This action has been taken in Patna in Bihar and 2 cities in Maharashtra. These smugglers used to enter India-Nepal border with gold.
