Check of 520 kg onion only Rs 2
In the market of Solapur, Rajendra Chavan got a check of only Rs 2 for 520 kg of onion sold. So Raju Shetty expressed his anger and asked, “Governors, be a little ashamed, how can farmers live?”. The price of this onion was Rs 100 per quintal and the farmer was billed Rs 512. But 509.51 was cut in fare, Hamali, Tolai. So this farmer got a check of 2.39 rupees.
