Big decision: Old pension applicable from April 1

Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh has taken a big decision in the cabinet meeting. Employees posted in Himachal from 15th May 2003 will be given old pension. An option to live in the new pension has also been given. Employees who want to avail the benefit of this scheme have to take written consent. He had already announced this. This will result in an additional annual expenditure of 1000 crores on the state.
