‘Chance of Shinde becoming Chief Minister’
Siddharth Shinde, a senior lawyer in the Supreme Court, expressed the opinion that Eknath Shinde may become the Chief Minister. Governor’s letter asking Uddhav Thackeray to conduct majority test may be cancelled. But, Thackeray’s resignation ends the matter. However, on what basis did the Governor call Shinde? Siddharth Shinde said that it was wrong to call him, at such a time Shinde’s post as Chief Minister could be lost.
