A young man was killed by a chopper!
Jalgaon The shocking incident of Sopan Govinda Hatkar (30, Hariviththal Nagar) being hacked to death with a chopper on the ground floor of Golani Market in the city took place at 10 pm on Sunday. However, before the murder, there was an argument between some youths on the ground floor of Golani market, from which it is speculated that the murder took place.
After some people saw Sopan’s body lying in a pool of blood on the ground floor of Golani market at night, they informed the police about the incident. Accordingly, Additional Superintendent of Police Chandrakant Gawli,
Sub Divisional Police Officer Sandeep Gavit, LCB Inspector Kisan Najanpatil, City Police Station Inspector Vijay Kumar Thakurwad along with police personnel reached the spot.
After that, the police shifted the body to the district hospital. After the police searched the area, they found the cover of the chopper. But, the deceased was not identified. All efforts are being made by the police to identify them. Finally, after half an hour to one hour, the young man was identified. Also, the investigation of the exact incident was going on till late night by the police and a team was also sent to search for the suspects.
